Shipping & Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the banner, orders should ship within 3 days. We will fullfill the order with the ship method you paid for. If the order was free shipping we will use USPS priority shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order has shipped. 

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! 

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Masks and any consumables such as bath and body or food and drink products are non refundable 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• Send product(s) back to 38 S. Last Chance Gulch, Ste 102, Helena, Montana 59601 with order number or receipt
• Bring back to the storefront with your order number or receipt
• If the item is a gift without a receipt a store credit will be issued

• It should take 7-10 business days for your refund to charge to your original form of payment
